I had to do a 30km long by a bit slower, but after 36km on Sunday where I did pretty well loaded as a rhythm and I was fine always preferred to do something to race pace but much less distance.
Now I feel I have quite a load on these legs and finally to fetch well in these two weeks doing work shorter and more relaxed pace, I intend to get to 14 November polished with the desire and determination to reach the finish line in time I intended ... I hope that this determination will be enough to do well!

Hello, I'm a smart girl of Latin America. I always follow your
