I know what my limits are especially over long distances where change drastically, it is also true that the last 36 km done at 4'15 "should comfort me, but it was three weeks ago, I have made so many long to be able to say I'm ready I ran ... km less than when prepared in London this spring, but I go faster, I have more strength in my legs and I really want to run a good marathon course from beginning to end without leaving no stone unturned.
