Safest Period For Intercourse

and down the city in the Middle

After the middle of 24km at marathon pace on Saturday, Sunday and Monday the rest, Sunday morning to wake rhythm of changes in the legs today I had scheduled an hour of slow running and I did it at lunch following a path in the upper part of Gallarate (fraction Crenna), which allowed me to make up and down but not as long workout in the classic flat plain.
After the first km, where at one point the Garmin has lost the satellite signal and I had to stop stop, reset, wait for few seconds and then start receiving the remaining 11 km course with them I feel good, legs lifted, beats Regular despite the unevenness, a final average faster than usual but with the right heart rate, probably the first days of discharge are already doing their effect ... now there are only 11 days to the marathon and the desire to run and so I just have to keep it all in for that day.
