On completion of the penultimate week of 2010 with 4 outputs pleasant, two on the same route on a dirt road but the first snow, then a medium in the company of Furio, mixed asphalt and dirt roads full of puddles water and then up and down on a hilly course muddy .... the peculiar thing is that I have not ever run more than 16 km, after the marathon I left by the long, will begin this week to reach the 30km of trails in the Santa Cristina on February 6 a bit more prepared, I have no warlike intentions, but I want to do it well enjoying the journey.
I'm running without going through a table but I try to alternate the type of training including: change of pace -on-upgrade path of 1500 m ascent and descent to be repeated several times

I am very well because I enjoy it and I can keep the leg tonic, of course I lost the great shape this fall but it's all normal, I entered in the "door" but I'm better than a year ago, I run more easily and keeps getting better ... it gives me even more incentives to train.
I just passed the 2500 km course in 2010, something unthinkable for me when it starts to fall in love with the sport in 2006 but where did it for two years only during periods of rest from the football league.
Before I had only a pair of shoes, now I use four different categories (A1, A2, A3 and A5), A2 and A3 of course the most used, not to mention those who came to their limits of use that I threw and them are under the stairs that you never know ... In the next post I will
