Yesterday though the week before the race (30km trail in Santa Cristina) I wanted to do more quality work, and more particularly, the repeated on the 400m because I felt like it and my head said: "... but you fail you unlock a bit ..." the result was good although I have not "killed" with the rhythms. fact after the first repeat where went faster than I thought it would serve no exaggeration to 4 days from the race ... so I did the job in a different way, however, trying to keep a difference between the stretch and fast recovery between 30/40 "and eventually went as I wanted to.
legs feel fine today, in the evening I will run a 10/12km running slow, maybe tomorrow with some extension in order to get ready to Sunday, where I do not spare you of course ... and that's what worries me ...
